In Any Event supplies wholesale event supplies to businesses and the public across Australia. There is no trade account to apply for, no ABN to provide and no minimum order. The price you see on a product page is the wholesale price, whether you are buying one chair or one hundred.

We are direct importers, not resellers

We source our range personally and directly from the manufacturers who make it. That removes the middle man, the distributor margin and the local mark-up that usually sits between a factory and an event supplier. We pass those savings through to the price on the shelf.

It also means we know our products properly. We choose the specifications, we check the quality and we hold the stock ourselves in our Port Adelaide warehouse, so what shows as in stock is on the floor and ready to dispatch.

Who buys from us?

Our customers include hire companies, event stylists and planners, venues, function centres, schools, sporting clubs, councils, cafés and restaurants, churches, community groups and people organising a wedding or a party at home. The pricing is the same for all of them.

If you run a hire business, buying direct at wholesale shortens the time it takes for stock to pay for itself. If you are furnishing a venue or a hall, you are buying commercial-grade product rather than domestic furniture that will not survive repeated setups.

Ordering, dispatch and shipping

Orders are placed through our online store and paid at checkout. Stocked items are dispatched from Port Adelaide, usually within one to two business days, and we ship Australia wide. Freight is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order and your delivery address.

Bulk quantities, pallet loads and container-direct orders are all workable. If you are planning a large purchase, contact us before ordering so we can confirm stock levels and quote freight properly.

Looking for something we do not stock?

If you cannot find a particular item in our store, ask us. Because we deal with manufacturers directly, we can often source products to order, particularly where the quantity justifies a dedicated shipment. Send us the specifications, images or a link and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Do I need a wholesale account or an ABN to order?

No. Wholesale pricing is available to everyone. You do not need a trade account, an ABN or a business name to order from us.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order value and no minimum quantity per item.

Do I get a better price for buying in bulk?

Our listed prices already reflect direct-import wholesale rates. For pallet or container quantities, contact us directly and we will look at what we can do.

Do you deliver outside South Australia?

Yes. We ship Australia wide, including to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin, along with regional addresses. Freight is quoted at checkout.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes. Local pick-up from Port Adelaide is available during trading hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming in.

Do you hire equipment as well as sell it?
