Returns Policy

If our product is not as described or is faulty please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund. Please be aware that colours may vary from images listed. We understand if you or your client have a change of mind or the colour may not be exactly what you were after. In these cases we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Goods must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be processed. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us to resolve.

Please ensure you open and inspect goods within 7 days of receiving for damage incurred in transit. If you suspect your item has been damaged, please contact us immediately and provide detailed images of the item.

As we pride ourselves on customer service and quality, any feedback is welcomed.

Return and Exchange Process
  • Please re-package the item in the original packaging and seal the carton.
  • Provide a suitable weekday for courier pickup where the item will be accessible between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.
  • We will need a minimum of 1 business day in order to book the pick up.
  • We will then provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and affix to the carton.
  • Once the item has been received back at our warehouse, we will process your refund/exchange.


Our shipping calculator allows you to choose your preferred option from a range of freight carriers. We do, however, reserve the right to use any carrier should there be any issues with your chosen freight option.

Shipping is calculated using cubic weight based on location and is therefore more economical for larger orders. If you find the shipping total given to be unreasonable please contact us for a manual quote.

Shipping to Commercial addresses is often a little cheaper than residential. You have the option of selecting whether your shipping address is Commercial or Residential on the freight calculator at checkout.

Use the customer notes field to leave short instructions such as “Leave at Front Door” etc. Please note that freight carriers can not call before delivery.

Any delivery ETA’s are a rough guide only. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 business day of payment. We are unable to make any guarantees in regards to goods arriving by a certain date as delivery times, once dispatched from our warehouse, are out of our control. If you do require items by a certain date please keep this in mind and order early to ensure you receive it on time. This particularly applies to those outside of major cities as shipping times may take longer than expected.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is calculated using a freight service, therefore a PO Box or Parcel Locker address can not not be provided. Please contact us for a shipping quote using Aust Post if needed.

Authority To Leave

If you select a freight option marked “Authority To Leave” you are providing your consent for the freight carrier to leave your order at the shipping address provided in the case that no one is there to receive it. Please note that neither In Any Event or the freight carrier is responsible for anything that occurs to your order once delivered. We recommend the “Authority To Leave” option for commercial addresses open normal business hours Monday to Friday.
