If our product is not as described or is faulty please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Please be aware that colours may vary from images listed. We understand if you or your client have a change of mind or the colour may not be exactly what you were after. In these cases we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Goods must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be processed. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us to resolve.
