If our product is not as described or is faulty please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund. Please be aware that colours may vary from images listed. We understand if you or your client have a change of mind or the colour may not be exactly what you were after. In these cases we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Goods must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be processed. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us to resolve.
Please ensure you open and inspect goods within 7 days of receiving for damage incurred in transit. If you suspect your item has been damaged, please contact us immediately and provide detailed images of the item.
As we pride ourselves on customer service and quality, any feedback is welcomed.
- Please re-package the item in the original packaging and seal the carton.
- Provide a suitable weekday for courier pickup where the item will be accessible between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.
- We will need a minimum of 1 business day in order to book the pick up.
- We will then provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and affix to the carton.
- Once the item has been received back at our warehouse, we will process your refund/exchange.
